5 Healthy Snacks for Preschoolers

Toddlers and kids often get hungry. However, most of the packaged snacks are extremely unhealthy and are full of added sugars and preservatives. Snacks time is a great opportunity for you to sneak some nutrients into your child’s diet. Here are some healthy, delicious creative kids snack suggestions which are perfect to pack in school lunches or munch at home.


Yogurt is an excellent source of protein and calcium. It is a perfect snack for toddlers and preschoolers since it helps in the development of bones and strengthens the immune system. Yogurt is a richer source of nutrients that most types of milk. Anything labeled as a “Healthy Food” is practically kid repellent, but creamy yogurt with fresh fruits or a drizzle of honey is tempting even to young kids.
